Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean stewing beef
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz mushrooms, pack sliced
- 3 cups tomato sauce, no-salt added
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 3 small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Bay leaves
Instructions

Coat a 4 quarter crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

Add vegetables, followed by black-eyed peas, bay leaves, beef, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce.
