Spicy Purple Cauliflower a view from the top

Every week I do my weekly guest-post at Accidental Hedonist, but sometimes I forget to tell you about it. So without further ado, today's write up on spicy purple broccoli that was delicious and easy to make on a "school night".

And last week, KS made me a dairy-free quiche - and it was T-A-S-T-Y and even though we used a store made crust (I know, it's embarrassing) - the whole dish came out mighty tasty. For those of you who hate anchovies, you may want to skip them in your version if you make it.

I'll have some new recipes and photos to post, however, it's Saturday morning, and I'm rushing off to our local green market! See you later!

That cauliflower dish is beautiful! Nice use of the sambar powder too. I don't think I've seen the purple variety here but I'm going to keep my eye out for it now. Any kind of pan or oven roasted cauliflower disappears our house in minutes.
