Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper , to taste
  • 3 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic until fragrant and mushrooms are lightly browned.
  3. Transfer into a large bowl and combine with chicken, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and rice.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 30 minutes until heated through.
