edible gifts
Before I start with the onslaught of cookies, I wanted to share with you my suggestions for edible gifts. This will be a list that will keep growing and eventually will become its own page (once I figure out the coding details). But personally, I love nothing more, than a token of someone’s craft be it candy, cookies, or preserves. It’s a delightful way to spoil someone. Should you be watching your wallet as well, it’s a way to give a gift, without breaking a bank. Happy cooking and eating!

All of these look wonderful, but the most intriguing are the truffles with cayenne. I had something like this last year at Christmas, and it was such an interesting combination of flavors… the sweet with the hot.
Pretty, pretty gifts! The fleur de sel caramels in particular would trump all other gifts that anyone could give me. Here that, Santa?! :)
truffles with cayenne. yes please. more please!
Olga, they all look amazing but I have a weakness for salted caramels. I owuld go for them anyday despite my sugar trike.
what a fabulous collection of edible gifts! please send them all :)
What a great list. I am doing the salted carmels this year. Just trying to pefect them :)
Terrific suggestions and great photos! I think the truffles with cayenne are definitely something that we need to make.
