Mangocheeks – not sure if it’s the same consistency. But worst case it it comes out maybe a bit too runny and you bake it longer? i think brownies are things that you can definitely play with, unlike souffles and such. Good luck!

I’ve only just discovered your blog and really like it. the photogrpahs are super.

kasey, you totally should – it’s so good. i brought this to a Halloween party – it vanished in minutes. And my friend’s 2 yr old had 3 pieces saying it was “yummy”. 2 yrs olds don’t lie :)
