I made this pie for Thanksgiving dessert and it was without doubt the most delicious apple pie we've ever had. I will make it again and share the recipe with family and friends.

Your pie looks out of this world! And the little figurine cutouts are a super special addition to your already gorgeous pie. I think my girls would enjoy a slice of that (with the little man attached, of course). Thanks for sharing!

This pie looks too good to be true. Apples, cranberries and caramel - the perfect fall combination. I am definitely going to be making this at some point. Thank you!

Erica - I believe you can. I never have quiche leftovers - they get eaten :) but my friends have done it with success. I would maybe wrap individually and place in a bag (to prevent freezer taste). I hope this helps!! Your tart sounds amazing! Let me know how it turns out.

This recipe looks yummy. I'm just now waiting for apecan cranberry tart to finish cooling so I can go to bed and get ready for more cooking tomorrow. I got the recipe from the November issue of Better & Gardens. It looks like it is going to be delicious and it's my first try at a tart. I always stick with pies.
So here's my quesiton. I want to make mini (using my small muffin tin) quiches. I'd like to know if I can freeze them once baked. I think I may have leftovers. Thanks in advance for your input.

My favorite words, I think - honey, bourbon and caramel - now combined with my favorite fruit... the apple. I shall try it with heirloom reinettes. This looks like heaven. I can almost smell it.
Have a wonderful holiday -
