This comment is very belated compared the publication date of this entry, but I just noticed- the recipe calls for shallots, but doesn't mention when to put them in! I looked at the original recipe and saw there are no shallots there, but wasn't sure if they were part of the adaptation! Thanks a lot for all the wonderful recipes, they are keeping me fed these days! Hello!
