		<description>This sounds absolutely delicious, and it is my personal belief that anything is better with horseradish... Well, almost anything ;) As a fellow Russian, I have to say that horseradish is seriously underrated in the States no? Sauerkraut is another.  Speaking of which.. have you ever tried boiled new potatoes tossed with sauerkraut, a little sliced onion and sunflower oil?  My grandpa used to make it for me with fresh dug up potatoes on our dacha.  Delicious!
