		<description>Jessica, I know of cilantro hate and so yes, in that case, i think you might want to do something else in its place. Dill sounds actually compelling - more so than basil, which I think would be more traditional.

one of my biggest pet-peeves is cilantro being mixed in with the parsley at the grocery store :/
I wonder what kind of flavor dill would add to the soup. Or basil (I bet basil would be great)
